If stroke is extreme it can cause a person to go in coma. Brain stroke can cause damage to brain and also has several risks like paralysis. It is always better to prevent stroke rather than getting it. It is a very dreadful disease and may require lots of money to treat it. It is better to stay away from obesity, smoking and taking alcoholic drinks to prevent strokes. Yoga and exercise are useful to prevent. There is special pose in yoga know as ‘shirshasan’ which is useful for improving blood supply to brain and prevent brain strokes. It is very essential to note the symptoms of this disorder to avoid it.
