Hi Sanjeevani,
As said by Laxmi and Sunitha you don't have to worry at this stage. In practice you can feel baby move around 18th week (mid of fifth month) and if you are first timer then due to lack of experience (how baby moves like and how you can feel those movements) you can expect to happen that two weeks later. Give about 2-4 weeks additional. Despite all message if this concersn a lot then talk to your Dr. who can perform an Ultrasound and see babys well being.
About cough, your Gyn must be working as he/she should. Follow advice if you don't agree have a second opinion, does not hurt.

Hi Sanjeevani,
Do not worry so much regarding the cough if you are using something like tylenol.Again like sunitha said do not get concerned if you do not feel the movements of the baby now.Wait until the end of the 5th or the start of the 6th,when u will feel movements.Let me know if that comed true in your case as it did in mine.Keep yourself happy. That's all you need to do.Eat timely & keep healthy!!
All the best!

Where r u exactly? If it is tylenol that u r taking u dnt have to e really worried.

Next is regarding movement. I am in the 22nd week that is end of 5th month. I had an u/s yestrday which sd that the umbical cord is on the top part of the uterus where i can actually feel the kicks. Since the baby is in the middle or bottom am not able to feel the kicks sd the doc. But as the baby will grow bigger in a few weeks and also the position of teh umbical cord will move and then u can feel the kicks. But now ur baby must be moving just great inside u.Excess fluid can also be a reason. Nothing to worry. All the best and take care.
Love
Sunitha
