Due Date Club July 2008:how to deal with nausea

Hi All,
I am in my 7wk of pregnancy and have recently started feeling nauseated all the time, also have lost interest in appetite. My doctor had suggested ginger chews to curb nausea but does not seem to help these days. Any suggestions to increase my appetite and reduce nausea.
Thanks,
Take care

Hi,
Can' t help actually coz nausea is unavoidable.....kya kare?
i heard dry amla is good for nausea but it did' nt do any good in my case.
for me sucking of lemon with a pinch of salt on it helped.
Also try to identify a smell which you like. try smelling it whenever you fell nausea. For me smell of Lime soap helped(Liril....it works!

My doc has also given me a tonic named ' BETOMINE' It' s an appetite stimulating tonic. Consult your doc and ask for some tonic like this :)
