dear amitha,
i need ur skin type to help u regarding external remedies.meanwhile,abandon all chemicals and use besan+milk+very very veryy little(just a pinch) of haldi.use this to wash ur face.use more besan for oily skin n more milk for dry skin.
follow these tips for great skin:
#in the morning,on waking up,drink a glass of warm water+1 tablespoon honey+juice of half a lemon.
#soak emthi(fenugreek) leaves in water overnight.in the morning,on waking up,eat the seeds and drink the water.
#drink mint juice daily for glowing,fair and scar free skin.
#an excellent home remedy is bitter gourd juice.drink it daily too for completely flawless skin.
u can boil neem leaves in water and drink 3 tablespoons of this water daily.
#sprinkle rose water on ur face 4-5 times daily.use sunblock before stepping out and on returning,use potato slices to rub on the exposed areas.if u have dry skin,mix it with yogurt.u can also rub tomato slices for oily skin or tomato juice+yogurt for dry skin after sun exposure.let any one of these which u might be using stay for 15-20 minutes.then,rinse with cool water.
#eat lots and lots of green leafy veggies and fruits.eat cucumbers,carrots,tomatoes,apples and oranges without fail.
#8-10 glasses of water is a MUST.
#be happy!!dont let stress and depression ruin ur life,health and BEAUTY!!!they r major causes for acne,dullness,etc...
#avoid all fried,sugary and oily foods.dont have fizzy drinks,tea or coffee,instead,consume fresh 100%natural juices such as cocktail and orange carrot.
