hi saniya,
I know u must be busy with ur exams..please reply when ur free.I am turning 31 this june & lately i have started developing dark cicles under my eyes, ihave never had this problem before even under more stressful conditions.Iam always complimented for my good looks & fear of losing my looks is tensing me.I know beauty wont stay life long especially as age increases.Saniya please tell me some home remedies for this problem,don't tell me to go to a parlour & get something done,cos my job doesn't give me time for that.Also don't this iam boasting about my looks..but fear of losing the looks is really bothering me.

im glad to hear that ur complimented for ur looks.keep it up!but yes,beauty does deteriorate with age..but i believe that real beauty stays alive..even after ur death,yes..im talking about the beauty of ur character and heart which is all u really need,seriously!
for ur dark circles,first of all,drink lots of water.secondly,stress,tension and depression are forbidden on u.next,consume foods rich in iron like aples and beetroots and those which r abundant in vitamin A like carrots,fish,etc...
exercise regularly for 30 minutes..the best way to stay young and look young!
above all,sleep well.8 hours is essential for u.i assume ur job is interrupting ur life style.but believe me,sleeping properly can work wonders on health.ur body is very active during sleep.use potato slices under ur eyes for 15 minutes daily and before going to bed,use chilled milk pads or cucumber slices beneath ur eyes.mainly,ur muscles are at rest during sleep.so,eat healthy,drink healthy,live healthy,automatically,u will LOOK healthy.i hope i have assisted according to ur expectations.do consult me for any doubts u might be having.i would be most privileged to help u.
