Anyone have idea,what should be the heart rate of a would be baby?

Hi, I took my first ultrasound at 6 weeks, and the rate was 114 bpm. My doctor was concerned that this is low. but later i was told that this is normal for the 6th week. In my 7th week the heart beat has raised to 150 bpm which is a strong heart beat.

At initial stages heart beat will be more .My nurse told if it is in between 120-170 it is normal.At first my baby girls heart beat is 174 ,168,152....
