i think you are doing a wonderful job by helping all of us!! my cousin always posts and she is the one who told me about you, so i had a question and i am really hoping you will help me too! i am pregnant at the moment about 2.5 months. what i wanna know is is there something i can include in my diet that would give me a very fair/light skin baby. Me and my husband are fairly light, but i want even more than that. I read somewhere some home remedies long time ago but now i totally forgot. i am sure you must have a remedie for that, coz its totally possible just have to include something in my diet. please answer me asap i will be waiting. once again thankyou so much in advance!

It doesn't make you a better person if you have fair skin, in fact its attitudes like yours that make life difficult for everyone else, and you may tell me to mind my own business just like you did to the other person that replied to you, but it is my business!! If we cannot overcome the prejudices we have about colour amongst ourselves why the hell shouldn't we expect the rest of the world to be a racist bigot just like you!! saniya is very right, colour is pre determined by god.It s believed that few strands of saffron in milk is good for baby, but start to do this only at the end of 3rd month.Also make sure u eat alot of fresh fruits & vegetables & stay tension free thru out pregnancy.
Another thing is to avoid spicy food & foods with caffein ( cofee & chocolates) &carbonated drinks.

as far as skin colour is concerned,let us firsta ccept the fact that it is pre determined by Allah.but we can definitely put in some efforts.
chinese believe that eating white coloured foods will result in the baby being fair.
drinking saffron(3-4 strands) with milk is also believed to make the baby fair.
u need to of course maintan a healthy diet rich in fruits,vegetables,dairy products,eggs,etc..
u can also surf the net for more tips.i have told u all i know.
