hi sanya..
i have 2 questions, i am a bit embarassed to ask this but my private part (down there) have become very dark i am guessing due to the use of hair removal creams over time. How can i make it lighter, i dont like it at all. Am getting married soon so need your advise! Another thing is how can i make my teeth very white and shiny..u know (hollywood smile) i would use the whitners in market but dont know if they are safe and would rather do a home remedie. please answer these questions asap. will be waiting. thanx a bunch love you :) dentist replied. dear hina,
this is about your teeth.If you want to whiten them then you should do it at aclinic where it s done in one sitting (many sitting bleaching also possible). However these are also available to be done at home but requires skill.They do not have side effecets with 2-3 sequence, however with continuous bleaching they could cauuse sensitivity of teeth but it is recommened as since mild sensitivity occurs with only continous use & not in one application.Evev application of lime has bleaching effects which can cause sensitivity over time as it is acidic.

first of all,theres nothing to be embarassed about. u should feel proud that u have been so courageous to ask such a sensitive question.if ur not proud of urself,i sure am!!!!
moving on to ur problem,i suggest the application of cucumber juice on the dark areas to soothe it for 15 minutes.also,use aloe vera.
for ur teeth,take a lemon and rub it well on ur teeth for 2-3 minutes then using cold water,completely rinse ur mouth.brush after every meal.eating apples and drinking milk is good for teeth.but please brush after every meal.
if u wish to freshen ur breath,in the morning,gargle with warm water+honey+cinnamon powder.
