do anyone know the safest way to get a nice tan. im too pale and i want to darken up saniya replied. dear laura,
tanning safely is a difficult thing especially for people with fair skins as there is very less melanin production in their skin.
the safest way would be to apply sunscreen(not sunblock) and roast up in the sun for an hour or half an hour daily.prolonged exposure may cause other skin problems premature ageing bein on the top of side effects of sun.
u say that u r pale.y dont u go for pink skin rather than dark sin?trust me,it looks simply superb!
for that,u need to eat apples,beetroots and tomatoes daily.it will take a bit of time but ur pale skin will get colour and its gonna look awesome!pink skin is very attractive and appealing.imagine the glow on ur cheks rather than the smoky and aged complexion.well it all depends on u!
