Due Date Club February 2008:feel too full to eat in week 30th

I am a regular visitor of this website for past two years. I ma expecting my second baby in feb 08. Can you pls tell me if you feel too full to eat anything , these days i feel hungry but cannot eat much...

Hi Deepthi

In 3rd trimester eventhough we feel hungry we cant eat much. Better start having food every one hr in small quantities also start taking warm water with a drop of ghee added to it.By doing this food will be digested so u will not feel very heavy and if any acididty then it will reduce.

Hi Deepti,

As you are also in 3rd trimester, its normal to feel full. Baby is already big for our tummy and most probably head is up, which will be a little uncomfortable.
Even I am feeling hungry but can' t eat much. Even if I eat a little more than I should, I am feeling so full that I can' t even sleep. I have to get up and walk around and drink lots of water.
My advice would be, eat small and eat frequently.

Me too

I am in 33 weeks, I also feel full most of the time and I cant eat much also. IF I eat or drink water also, I can feel some sort of cramps in the upper tummy and so I eat soooo slowly that probably it takes an hour for me to finish my food, and I lose the taste for it also
