I don' t really think that this type of vehicle will work in our country. This is not like a mobile phone where you can carry your charger around and just plug it in whenever you need. Unless the infrastructure is developed sufficiently and charging points are installed everywhere, this will not really work.

You are simply being negative. So what if electric cars can only be used for short distances for now. At least you are still not wasting petrol. I' m sure that after a few years, we will be able to use electric cars even for long distance drives.

Buying a desktop
Assembled PCs are best as they cost less and are worth the money. Each part also has about 3 years warranty so basically it is a great deal. It will be good for games and high graphic settings. Assemble different parts.
