I am a new member on the Oct. 2001 club. I have few queires and would be glad if someone could help me.
1) I can't eat even 2 meals properly. I start feeling heaviness and heartburn sensation
2) At times I feel pain my lower part of tummy, but it is for sometime only
3) At the intial stage i.e first month onwards I was on bed rest for a month and thus was advised not to climb stairs. Can I climb stairs now?

Would be nice if someone could reply to my question. Though its not my firt baby. I have conceived after 8 years. These problems were not there during the firt issue

1.Bloating is common in pregnancy so this could be the reason you are not able to eat, my suggestion to you would be to eat several small meals this way you can digest well and eat the required quantity according to the food pyramid.

2.Pain in the lowel ad is called braxton and hicks contractions, this is your uterus tightening. This is pretty normal and this is only your body preparing for the final stage.

3.As far as bedrest goes, you have to find out with your OBGYN( Doc) if you can be active.By the way why were you asked to have bed rest?
