debdasmptr replied. Actually there is no way to stop hair fall, because i am also facing the same problem and i have tried so many methods but it gave no result.

Rabiakhan replied. Almond oil is very effective to control hair loss. Mash one ripe banana with a few drops of almond oil and massage your hair with it. Leave it for at least 15 minutes and rinse with soda water. Then shampoo and condition your hair. It is very effective for the damage hair.
Another good home remedy: Red henna is beneficial in treating hair loss problem. Smear henna over the scalp and keep it for an hour. Wash the hair. Repeat this process in a span of 10 to 15 days.

As part of four amino acids, sulfur is readily available in protein foods-meats, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, and legumes are all good sources. Egg yolks are one of the better sources of sulfur. Other foods that contain this somewhat smelly mineral are onions, garlic, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and turnips. Nuts have some, as do kale, lettuce, kelp and other seaweed, and raspberries. Complete vegetarians (those who eat no eggs or milk) and people on low-protein diets may not get sufficient amounts of sulfur the resulting sulfur deficiency is difficult to differentiate clinically from protein deficiency
Food Sources :
Garlic, onions, cabbage, cauliflower, legumes, asparagus, dried beans, nuts, chives, fish, eggs. Oyster have fair content of cholesterol but contain high density lipoprotein, thus prevents platelets stickiness and clumping.
