I have a question about my skin! Mostly it gets very red and blotchy then itches a lot. Please tell me hwo can i get rid of the redness and lil bumps that are on my face. It sometimes hurts a lil. i want super clear skin with no redness and no bumps. Please reply sooon

urs seems to eb a combination of oily as well as sensitive skin.not to worry,i have some tips.
first of all,diet plays an important role.so does life style.read my diet tips and follow them all:
1)drink a glass of warm water+juice of half a lemon+a tablespoon of honey daily first thing in the morning for fair and glowing skin.
2)soak methi leaves in water overnight.in the morning,on waking up,drink the water and eat the seeds for a fair complexion.
3)drink mint juice daily for fairness.
4)drink a cup of milk+a few,i mean a FEW strands of saffron daily for glowing and fair skin.
5)eat tomatoes,apples and oranges daily.these will bring colour to ur cheeks and an exceptional glow.
6)exercise daily for 30 minutes,it wont just keep u physically fit,it s excellent for mental health and gorgeous skin.this will remove ur dullness and release the toxins from ur body.
7)avoid chemicals please.was ur face with besan+very little haldi+milk.use more milk for the dry areas and more besan for the oily regions.
8)drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.believe me,this is not a supplement to the following tips,it is MUST for ur health and glowing skin.
9)as i said before,sleep plays an important role in beauty.make sure u get the appropriate amount.on waking up,use the masks i mentioned for the dullness on ur skin.they exfoliate and will remove the dead skin which was shed during ur sleep.after that,u can go for a nice brisk walk or exercise and on returning,if u have sweat on ur face,do wash it please with besan+milk+haldi mixture i had previously mentioned.then,have ur breakfast.
10)dont drink tea,coffee and fizzy drinks.insteadconsume fresh juices of fruits like oranges,carrots,apples and cocktail.
11)stress and depression rob beauty from ur skin leaving it lifeless and dull.dont be tensed.keep smiling and think positively.definitely,ur efforts wont go wasted.
now for external remedies,make a mixture of 3 table spoons hone+1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.store it in airtight container.use a little bit of his overnight.within 2 weeks,u will see amazing results.
if it increases ur problem,then stop using it and try aloe vera.
u need t completely avoid chemicals.wash ur face twice or thrice daily with besan+milk+very little haldi.use more besan than milk.
