Normal Delivery:Birthing center in Chennai?

My cousin is moving to Chennai soon and is looking for a good birthing center in Chennai like the Cradle or Rainbow [hyderabad]. They want a very upper class place with all the best facilities and good gyn-obs, breast-feeding support etc. Can someone suggest something? The cost will not be an issue. Thanks in advance.
