I have very dark pigmentation on my neck, in the center and on the base on the sides, I really don't know why this is. It looks like dirt, I don't know what it is, what can I do to help get rid of it? please help!

I think i have the same problem with my neck having dark pigmentation. I just started using evening primrose oil in a face lotion and I have noticed that my neck looks clearer. I am not sure if it will help you.

Subject:  Neck Dirt?



Get a cotton ball and some alcohol. Put the alcohol on the cotton ball. Now rub your neck. Alcohol is good for dirt that gets caught in places we don't want it to.
