Dear Saniya.. I take raw garlic in morning as i hv heard this from many ppl that this is v.gud for health and slim body..So tell m ethat is it ok or not..I also hv a gas prb..Can eating garlic makes our skin fair? nad watz the benifit of taking \";KAlonjee\"; in morning.
Now a days i m taking tablets for gas..Do u think that this is gud idea??
If u hv any prb like fever, flue or any other prb then wat do u do??Do u take medicine for ur prb or u use herbal method for this??

u should not consume garlic in excess.i suppose it could be the reason for ur gas problem.why dont u try honey,lemon adnw arm water instead?or u can soak fenugreek leaves in water overnight and drink that water in the morning as well as eat the seeds.
taking kalonjee in the morning is effective for weight loss.kalonjee is excellent for health.
no,i dont think tablets are good.just avoid spices,etc..and eat healthy.ur gas problem will soon be okay.just ensure a perfect diet and a healthy lifestyle.
i dont get ill often.i do get a cold though.in that case,i eat a tablespoon of honey+lemon.i try my best to avoid sickness.prevention is better than cure after all.
one thing is for sure,i always prefer natural!
