i have open pores problem plus i have a little acne on my jaw bone area and chin what is the cure? saniya replied. dear sjojo,
my first advice will be to abandon chemicals.they can make ur condition worse.
next,wash ur face twice daily or thrice with besan+very litle haldi+curd.
next,apply a mixture of lemon juice+tomato juice+rose water daily for 15 minutes on ur face.then,rinse it off with cold water.this will shrink the pores and give u clear skin.
now lets concentrate on ur diet.drin 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.exercise for 30 minutes daily.avoid all fatty,sugary ,fried foods and fizzy drinks.include more of fresh veggies and fruits.
drink mint juice and bitter gourd juice daily.even cabbage juice helps.
sleep well for 8 hours daily.
last but not least,adopt a positive attitude towards life.stress hormones cause an imbalance in ur body systems which result in various problems like acne,darkening,weight loss,etc..so,be happy and patient of course.
also,eating fish and almonds will prove beneficial in ur case.they have nutrients which combata cne.
