Saniya plz give me some natural remedies to make my skin lighter and brighter. I need some glow on my face and I want to make it lighter than it is rite now. Tell me some foods that I cant eat and tell me their affects. take care

dear pooja,
i need to know ur skin type to suggest any external remedy.
following are the internal remedies u can benefit from:
1)every morningon waking up,drink warm water+juice of half a lemon+a tablespoon of honey.

2)soak methi(fenugreek)leaves in water.in the morning,drink the water and eat the seeds.

3)drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

4)eat yoghurt and honey.

5)consume the following on a daily basis:
cucumbers
carrots
apples
beetroot
oranges
mint juice(very effective)
kareley ka juice(bitter gourd juice)-very effective
tomatoes

6)have a sound sleep.8 hours every day is enough.

7)exercise daily for 30 minutes.

8)drink a cup of warm milk and a few strabds of saffron daily.it is believed to make ur skin lighter.

till u tell me ur skin type,i wont suggest any external remedy.however,u should apply a sunblock daily whemever u step out and on returning,rub potato slices on ur face and exposed areas.it is best to however,avoid the sun.

Also, I drink hot milk at nite with grinded almonds...is that ok? I dont know wat saffron is but i hope almonds is ok?
