It is nice to finally be able to talk to you saniya after joining this message board! My problem is that my sister is getting married mashallah in july. I want to look my best too on her wedding! My problem is that i am on the fat side... i mean no one thinks i am fat only a bit chubby but i feel that i am fat. My goal is to loose weight by june can you please give me advice on how to do that, what kind of exercise? Also what are herbal ways to loose weight? Anything to drink or eat to boost up the process?
Ofcourse i also want my skin to look great too. My other problem is that my skin has gotten dark as i got older, i am not sanwali by my birth, i was very very fair... now i am almost sanwali. Are their any natural ways to return back to my fair skin.. my skin is normal to dry. Please dont give me any creams because my mom wont let me use chemicals im only a teenager.

so my dear, have some self confidence and put on the pritties clothes for your sister's wedding and in you mind think that you are the most beautiful person inside and outside!!
about the weight, i think you should start watching what you eat. cut down the fatty stuff and eat the healthy food. i guarantee you will shed a few lbs. drink lots of water, if you like milk, drink non fat milk.

first of all,let me congratulate and wish ur sister for he BIG DAY.
moving on to ur problem,u need to start right away and strictly follow whatever i suggest for maximum benefit.
let us consider ur weigh problem first.u might hae heard that'precaution is better than cure'.therefore,u should avoid all fried,oily,sugary,fatty foods,chocolates and fizzy drinks.also,avoid aerated juices from the market.drink natural juices.this step is vital for healthy skin too!
i have a plan for u which will help u lose weight.it may also help in making ur skin look gorgeous:
1)on waking up every morning,drink a long glass of warm water+the juice of half a lemon+a tablespoon of honey.not only will this help u shed off the extra kilos,but also,it will add an exceptional glow to ur skin.i would advise u to do this even after ur sister's marriage to make ur skin fair.
2)go for exercise.30-40 minutes is enough.u can start out with gentle steps and gradually,move on to the complicated ones.consult an instructor who will tell u exactly what to do.if u find that difficult,then i suggest warming up first and then,going for a brisk walk.u ned to increase the distance u walk for the same period of time after every passing day.
a good tummy exercise is to lie falt on ur back and raise ur legs erect.it will put a lot of pressure on ur stomach.
to reduce hips,grab a chair with both arms.then,raise one leg as high as u can.repeat with the other one.
3)after exercise,u need to wash ur face.u can take a bath.never use chemicals on ur face.use this as a soap instead:besan+very little haldi+milk.take more milk than besan and very less haldi.apply it on ur face and rinse it off after 20 minutes.if u r short of time,u can rinse it off after 10 minutes.do this twice a day.
4)for breakfast,eat a bowl of cereal,a galss of 100% natural orange juice and an apple.
5)at noon,eat a cucumber and a carrot and drink a glass of water.
6)for lunch,avoid parathas and greasy oily foods.u can take roti with very little gravy.or u can use brown bread instead of roti.minimise the amount.eat a small cup of yoghurtwith it.a while later,drink another glass of water.
7)take rest for 20 minutes now.
8)in the evening,u can have fruit salad and a glass of water.u should avoid bananas and mangoes in fruit salad.only fruits should be there.u can use apples,oranges,pomeogranate,etc..instead of fruit salad,u can have a tomato instead.if ur having pimples or blemishes and scars,drink kareley ka juice.
9)for dinner,u should eat the same as u did for lunch just avoid yoghurt.u should eat low fat yoghurt for lunch though.try to eat salad with lunch and dinner.drink a glass of water.
10)now,whenever u feel hungry,drink only water after dinner.dont eat anything else.try to drink just 8 to 10 glases,not more.
11)before going to bed,drink a cup of warm milk(unsweetened) with a few strands of saffron.this is believed to make u fair.what's the harm in trying?but be careful so as not to use more saffron.it is very warm and u may get pimples then.
externally,take care of ur skin by using this:besan+haldi+sandalwood powder+orange peel powder+rose petal powder+milk cream+almond powder+lemon juice+almond oil daily.leave it on for 30-40 minutes and then remove it b moistening it and massaging it well by removing.dont use hot water on ur face.use less besan and more milk cream.
i am so glad that u r reluctant to use chemicals.but u should remember that chemicals r not harmful just for teenage skin,they harm people of all ages.i never use chemicals on my skin.i would advise u to do the same.
one more thing i wud like to add is that keep away from the sun as much as possible.if it is really an emergency,use a sunblock on the exposed areas and when u return,u can use potato juice+yoghurt on the exposed parts for 15 minutes.
above all,be tension free and happy!it is really important for healthy boody,skin,hair and mind.
once a week,u should scrub ur skin gently with sugar and lemon juice in the ratio of 3:1.
u r lucky that u have a lot of time.inshAllah u will gain maximum results.the more strict u are,the more benefit u will gain.be active and be happy!
i thought i'd give u a remedy for amazing hair which shud be used once a week:
beat an egg,add a tablespoon of yoghurt,a teaspoon each of cider apple vinegar,almond oil,castor oil and mustard oil.mix well and apply on ur hair and massage it on ur scalp as well.tolerate the stink..put on a shower cap and let it stay till it dries,say,for an hour or two.now,step into the shower and shampoo it off well twice.i recommend an egg shampoo for this.u can als use herbal essences shampoo.it is amazing.
