im having hard time to sleep, im now 33 weeks..i don't know which position is the best way to sleep .i don't want to harm my baby.

sleep on the left side

Hi,
As rightly said by Neelima try to sleep on your left side as it will ensure proper blood and oxygen supply to the baby. Use lots of pillows, cushions to support your legs and back. Avoid sleeping on the back . Switch to left and right side only not to back.

to enssyre the safety f your baby please make it covinient to sleep on your left side as it will ensure a proper blood supply of blood to ypur fetus...Avoid completely lying on your back as the nerves are compressed.
