Dear Vandana & Friend,

Its really relaxing going thru ur reply .I have started taking Alphadopa & Aspirin frnm yesterday .Although dr has nt advised me to take rest yet i am at home & will be going to office after 2-3 days only & nt doing much household work as such but its really frustrating sitting idle at home.
I ' ll include Amla & garlic in my diet & take 8-10 glasses of water.Dr has advised me nt to go for walking or any other exercise since it will raise my BP more high & due to high BP blood flow to baby is already reduced & after going thru my U/S reports she has assumed that i' ll b giving birth around 20 days before my EDD.
I' ll update u all abt the progress..

I can understand staying idle at home and doing nothing is really frustrating..I too was working but now completely at home.My dr has also prescribed me alphadopa twise a day.I' m due on 27th october but the latest U/S suggests its 1st nov.lets see..when my baby arrives.

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
