Dear Saniya..Plz tell me that how can v make bitter gourd juice in home.Plz tell me method. I don't apply any eye cream and the area below my eye is v.puffy..How can i get rid from the puffiness below my eyes?My frnd told me that this is eye bag..Wat should i do with these eye bag??I also hv gas prb i don't know y i hv this prb. I don't eat sweets too much also i do excercise daily.

i actually dont know the method of making bitter gourd juice.but its nutritive value is extremely beneficial for skin.that's y i recommend it.even one of my aunts used to drink it during her teenage and she didnt get a single blemish on her face!even her skin is very fair.i suppose u can squeeze the juice out of it.due to lack of time,even i am unable to use this remedy though i am desperate to lol!u can askur mom,maybe she can help or any other aunt.they might be knowin.if u get to know,pls share it with us as well lol.
for ur eyebags,use chammomile tea bags on ur eyes and relax for 10 minutes daily.dont strain ur eyes too much.avoid reading in darkness.the book ur reading should be atleast 10 cm away from u.use a table lamp.dont watch too much tv and dont use the computer too much.sleep well for 8 hours daily.have a healthy diet.for u,apples,spinach and carrots are very important.consume these daily.
for ur gas problem,u might be havig too many spices.have light meals.eating apples and drinking milk might help u.these r good for cpnstipation.im not sure about ur gas problem as i havent dealth with it before and i also have feeble knowledge on the subject.i apologise.pls forgive me!
its great that u dont eat sweets and exercise daily.u will see ur skin glow in no time!do drin 8 to 10 glasses of water daily,eat many fruits and veggies and also,take honey daily.it is very good for skin,body and mind.
