My folic acid has not been discontinued by my dr, infact she is planning to continue it upto 3 months after pregnancy - cause she says I need to make up for the store that I will lose !

Thanks guys ! I was just so sick of taking in so many medicines that continuing folic acid did not seem like a good idea to me especially when I don't require it. But I guess the dr knows best and wants me to continue with it cause she thinks it'll help me and the baby.

exactly shilpi, why the sad face?????
Sad face should be used only when there is something really really sad feelings. Folic acid is flushed in urine if it's excess and taking more is not going to harm you or baby.

why the sad face? if u dr thinks u need to take folic acid then there must be a reason, it wont do any harm to take it anyways to u or the baby.
