I am Kashmiri. Hence, at birth I was born extremely fair. My complexion has now turned darker and I really wana retrieve my natural colour! What do I do? I have, overall, dry skin but my nose + forehead get oily quickly. Pls plss help me dear. Waiting for your reply!

use a mask of besan+haldi(very little)+lemon juice+yoghurt daily on the oily areas.for the dry areas,use besan+honey+milk cream+lemon juice daily for 20 minutes.
next,u need to work on improving ur diet and life style.follow these tips daily:
1)on waking up,drink warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.

2)soak fenugreek leaves(methi)in water over night.in the morning,drink the water and eat the seeds.

3)eat yoghurt and honey daily.

4)consume the following daily:
apples
carrots
orabges
mint juice(very effective)
bitter gourd juice(extremely beneficial)
tomatoes
cucumbers

5)drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

6)drink a cup of warm milk+a few strands of saffron daily.

7)wear a sunblock whenever u go out and on returning,rub potato slices on ur face.it is best to avoid the sun as much as possible.

8)get a good night's sleep.sleep well for 8 hours daily.make a routine and follow it strictly.even set time for consuming meals and going to the toilet.it really helps if u do these things daily at the same time.

9)avoid all fizzy drinks,oily,sugary,heavy,rich,fatty foods and even tea and coffee.

10)try to avoid chemicals completely on ur face.
