Dear All,

I have completed 30 weeks today & met my gynae yesterday.She seems to b a bit worried coz for the 1st time during this journey my BP was at higher side,ie,90/150 & my weight has also nt increased this time.
Dr has called me on Monday for a follow up checkup .If still its higher she will decide the treatment but Monday is still 2 days far.I m trying to keep myself relaxed as much as possible still feeling a bit restless.
Pls heple me if sum1 has faced the similar problem.

I' m also going through this..I' m 33 week pregnant and had my B/P at higher side from last 3 week, My doctor has already started the treatment, and B/p is under control, she suggested me to cut down my salt intake.avoid pickle,meat,tea,coffee and fried food.
If possible include garlic and amla in ur diet.and don' t forget to drink minimum 8 glass of water.if possible start drinking coconut water in mid morning.

Try to relax and don' t worry too much. if your doc called you on mon so there should be some reason other wise she would have suggested you something right then and there only. Your BP is not very much high. if your BP goes higher than this it is known as preclamsia and it is not good, this is not to scare you just to inform you that they do C-section in that cast, but your case is not that worse, it can be controlled through medicine. good luck try to relax don' t think too much and you will be fine. I hope this will help you. don' t go on internet to find solution on different website otherwise you will be more confused and tensed. just don' t think about it and wait for monday to come.
