Hey Saniya!
I have been consuming a tablet of omega-3 fish oils daily. Could you please tell the benfits of it? I heard it does wonders for skin and hair.

Dear Aisha,
You are absolutely correct.Omega-3 is excellent for heart.it ensures a healthy heart and blood circulation.
As for the skin,it is knownto be extremely beneficial for acne,eczema and to smoothen and soften the skin.I have not heard about is benefits for the hair,i apologise.But of course,I would not discourage u from consuming these.However,please avoid takin tablets.Why dont u achieve the benefits of omega-3 naturally by eating fish?Even almonds and pecans are a rich source of omega 3.
