And also...I have this very bad hair loss problem. My hair is very thin now. Saniya can you tell me the best oil to use to make hair thick. Also, I wanted to buy vitamins for the hair. Is that ok...are they safe? The vitamins that i wanna buy are for hair, skin and nails all in one.

dear sonia,
try using vatika or nyle hair oil.i use these and they r good.
no,i dont think u should consume vitamins artificially unless u r havinga disease or deficiency.
it is best to take them naturally.eatt fruits and vegetables.fruits and vegetables like apples,carrots,tomatoes,oranges,mint,cucumbers,bitter gurds and spinach r excellent for ur skin.to make hair thick,take more protein.drink a glass of milk daily and also,eat an egg too.eat meat as well.all this will keep ur skin,hair and nails ooking great,believe me!and yes,as u already know,8 to 10 glasses of water is MUST!in addition,a good sleep is vital too for ur health and appearance.
