B) We talk abt pregnancy - but now if time is close around 37 weeks..so a question abt postpartum. Please tell me what should we eat after delivery? should we take any precaution in our diet ? Tell me about the Ajwain kind of stuff. should we eat ghee..if yes then how much we need?
ANSWER-1
Epidural is safe in most cases but in a few it brings down the progress but depends on who is making epidural for you and how much experienced is the anesthecist.
you can eat things you like, mostly green vegetables, no cabbage, limited beans, limited potatoes. I think on spices and dryfruits each state differs and you must request this to your mother or mil.
Include garlic and asafotida, fenugreek seeds in diet to have better taste for milk, ward of constipation and milk production respectively. Ghee should be in limit unless you lost lot of weight during and post weeks of delivery.
