Dear People...as the summer season is on I wanna know how to prevent my hands and legs from tanning. I drive bike so I receive harsh rays on my body though I use glooves.

dear help needed,
there r 2 very important things u must do in order to prevent tan.
first of all,purchase a good quality sun block and apply it generously before sun exposure.secondly,rub potato juice/slices all over the exposed areas on returning.
ur diet also plays an important role.drink lots of water and also drink mint juice daily.
