my dad is dark, but my mom is fair. someone told me that because my mom is fair, that i will get fairer as i grow older. is that true?

ok, but do u still have to use the bleach(im assuming its cucumber and or lemon/honey correct me if im wrong)regularly to keep near ur moms complexion, or can u stop?

Once you achieved your desired complexion, you are free to stop applying these bleaching masks. But do refer to them every now and again.. especially if you have experienced high sun exposure! This will help maintain your colour.

If you stop using cucumber on your face.. your colour will remain almost the same until you expose yourself limitlessly to the sun. Your mum's colour has nothing to do with yours.. it's your skin dear, not hers!

No darling, I'm afraid that's not true. It is the same situation as me - my dad is dark and my mum is fair. I was also very fair but I have turned a little browner since. Had I not been attempting to lighten my skin, physically, I would not be anywhere near my mum's colour!
