My daughter is 27 months old and lately she has developed very pale patches on her face. One near her hairline on her forehead, one on her chin, and one on her cheek near her hairline.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. I have an eight month old son and he developed pale patch on his cheek. It was very dry to feel. The doctor said that it was extreme skin dryness. Sandalwood paste and moisturising helped a lot.
You might ask your doctor if it is dryness or anything else.
