Milestones:What suppliment food can be introduced?

My child is running her fourth month. I have started going to office and I started on Carrot juice as suppliment food, but her digestive system did not accept it and she started voumiting. I want to know what other food can be started now? she has thined down and my milk is not sufficient enought to be extracted and kept.

Hello Radha
I can understand how it feels when ur baby throws up!! Try giving her cereal or some juices that are readily available.Or you can try giving her mashed vegetables.Boil the vegetables n grind them.May be ur baby will like that

You can give your daughter some rice cereal either homemade or the ones you get in the stores. You could also try boiled and mashed apple or diluted apple juice.
When trying new foods wait for atleast 72 hours to see for any allergic reaction and try no more than 2 new foods per week.
And don't forget to consult your pediatrician. :-)
My son just completed 4 months and I am planning to start him on solids.

One year old milestones !! Worried

My son is one year old and he is not doing few things a one year should do !!
He does not point at things
He does not say Amma or any words

9.5 months milestones
My DS is 9.5 months old and does not clap wave or point at things !! I will put down a list which he is good at and which one worries me.
