Hello Everybody ,

For last 2 3 weeks i am getting lot of cramps Usualy they come in night when I sleep . Very few i get during the day . Just wanted to know is anybody else also getting the cramps ? For remedy i apply Oil before sleeping , like i do massage with oil but still i get them .

I am also getting cramps during night time. I consulted doctor and she told me to put socks and cover my legs with a thick bed sheet. If u feel cramps just massage legs well. If it is more severe u can take vitamin e tabs, but consult doctor before taking any medicine. U hv to drink a lot of water. Just try to put scks may be this will help u .

Even i get cramps and unlike you its more intense at night.I did talk to my doctor about it and she said its usally because of the uterus pressure and enlargement, so relax.

Try not to stand for more than 15 minutes this will also help to reduse your back and pain in thighs if any.
Drink lots of water it helps to ease the pain till some extent.
But even after trying out all this, if you are not feeling comfortable then suerly talk to your doctor.
