I also had the same problem,Neha has given good suggestion..follow it and apart from that you can try this.
Take a small piece of ginger,chop/crush it well,take cocounut oil in pan,heat it and then add ginger in that and remove it from flame once it gets golden brown color,then store this oil in a bottle and massage ur feet/legs or swollen area with this oil...it really works,and don' t forget to keep ur legs little elevated while sleeping.
If you have ur blood pressure at higher side along with a lot of swelling ojn ur hands/face,better see ur doctor.

This could be water retention also,try to avoid too much salty foods.
Keep your legs elevated all the time,like on a pillow when u are sitting down.
Avoid standing for long hrs and always wear comfortable flat shoes or chappals.
For your hands rub some oil and avoid lifting anything heavy.Do few arm rotation exercises also.
