Hi,

I m 21...and shorter one in my family plz advice me to get taller...like wat kinda exercise or food i have to intake.... but dont tell me to wear high hill shoe

stretching exercises help. it is said that our vertebrae is a little bent at the end and by stretching that part you can probably grow an inch or two taller. u need to do specific Yoga exercises (Tarasan- spelling may be wrong) for that. but i think that by the age of 20 all the bones are set...

also, u should wear clothes that flatter your height. i think that tighter clothes tend to make people appear taller. u can also wear your hair high...and then ofcourse there are high heels and platforms...

I don't know about high hill shoes but high heel shoes can make you temporarily taller. Or else you can stay in bed forever. People are supposedly taller - or should I say longer- while laying down than standing up. The whole gravity thing.
Why don't you pray about it and ask God, \";What advantages do I have over being short?\"; And the answers should surprise you!

I know probably everyones told you this but drink lots and lots of milk. You can also take speical vitamins but just remember it might run in the family. I also think that women/girls stop growing around 16-18.
