if its not absolutely necessary for u to work, plz dont put ur so small baby who cant even express his feelings in to day care. Make some arrangement like grand parents if possi. No day care can match mom care plus ur heart wil swell wid joy wid his each new act, trust me ,his childhud is worth ur time investment. Dont leav the innocent angel in the hands of moeny churning machines. Rest depends on ur circumstances. My son goes to daycare but he is 2.10 still my heart pains to leav him whole day there tho he goes n comes bk happy!!!!!

HI..Please give a suggestion

I am a mother of 4 month old female baby.Have to join back to work this April.I am taking my relative for 2 months.After that I dont know what to do.Whether to leave my kid in a creche or have a full time maid.I dont know which one is better.My heart hurts so much with both the options.Still I dont have any other way.I am really confused.Sometimes i feel like quitting my job and reduce my spending so that i could manage with my hubby´ s salary alone.Please give an idea.
