Hi everybody,
had gone today for ultrasound,i have completed 35 wks n 5 days.please tell whether everything is ok n normal.report is---

obstetric scan:
Gravid uterus shows a single viable fetus with active fetal movements in cephalic presentation.Fetal cardiac activity is normal and regular,measures 158 beats/min.Amniotic fluid is adequate.Largest pouch seen in right upper quadrant measuring 5 cm.Placenta is located on the anterior wall of upper uterine sagment.Grade 2 maturation is seen.No retroplacental bleed present.

The fetal parameters are:

BPD:89mm corresponds to 36 wks 1 day.
HC:322mm corresponds to 36 wks 3 days.
AC:320mm corresponds to 36wks 0 days.
FL:70mm corresponds to 36wks 1 day.

No obvious congenital abnormality seen in the fetus.Fetal spine,head,kidneys and limbs are normal.No cord around the neck seen.
Cervix is normal.Length measures 3.5 cm and width measures 2.1 cm.Internal os is closed.

Fetal weight-2842 gms.
EDD:6.04.2007
LMP:3.07.2006

IMPRESSION:

single live intrauterine pregnancy of 36 wks 1 day gestation in cephalic presentation with spine anterior.Liquir just adequate.
