I understand your stress. But, miscarriage is always not your fault. It could be n number of factors. Keep in mind that, ' Man proposes God Disposes' . Somethings are really not in our hands. Keeping that aside, I would suggest that you start enjoying your pregnancy. Eat nice healthy food, sleep well. Think pleasant thoughts. If you believe in God do japa or meditation or listen to nice music. Keep aside minimum of 10 mins everyday for your baby either in the morning before you get out of bed or before sleeping keep both your hands on your lower part of your belly and breath slowly fill your stomach with air and release it slowly follow this breath in and out with your mind. When you think you are getting stressed about something you shouldn' t have done, then just simply sit quitely and do this exercise. It will relax you. Don' t think about anything just your baby. Imagine cute baby faces in your mind. Talk to your baby, don' t think it' s too early. Tell them what you plan to do after they are born. Tell them you love them more than anything else in the world. Just talk about what ever you feel. This will take the stress out of you. If you can' t talk out lound. Then simply place your hands on your tummy and think all these nice thoughts. Think Positive.
Good luck. Everything will be fine.
