Dear Saniya,

I heard that Cleansing, Toning & Moisturising our skin daily will give us a healthy skin.... I want to know if this holds gud even for oily skin...

If so can u suggest any good cleanser, toner and moisturiser....

cleansing,toning and moisturising r 3 essential steps for daily skin care.they r absolutely essential for healthy skin for all skin types.
cleanser for oily skin:take yoghurt+besan+haldi+lemon juice to cleanse ur skin thoroughly.cleansing cleans the skin thoroughly by ridding it against dirt and accumulated germs,etc..it is the most important step in skin care.

dont use glycerine and rose water.it is for extremely dry skin and will ruin ur oily skin.

toning:after cleansing comes toning.use lemon juice+tomato juice+rose water.it is an excellent toner.toner tightens the pores,makes the skin soft,smooth,wrinkle free and supple.it will delay the sings of ageing as well.

moisturising:after toning,u need to moisturise.it will regulate the pH balance of ur skin which has been altered due to cleansing and toning.for oily skin,use yoghurt+orange juice.wipe it off with a tissue paper after 20 minutes.

Yes its very true that cleansing , toning and moisturizing makes your skin looks great and definitely it is also good for oily skin as oily skin accepts dirt more often and u need to clean it more frequently. Instead of lotions and creams i believe in natural remedies. Yogurt is a very good cleanser and very easy to apply as well. You can also use unboiled milk for cleansing as it is moisturising as well. Dont think that if your skin is oily it doesnt need the moisturizer. always go for a moisturizer after cleansing or washing your face. Wash your face with besan as it is very good and wash your face lot better than your soap or face wash.
For moisturizing your skin you can also go for a mixture of glycerine and rose water. As one of my cousin is using it since years and she has a commendable skin.
After cleansing you can go for applyig mask of Multani mitti in tomato juice once in a week as it tends to tightens your pores and helps in making your skin smoother.
Take these simple steps every day and have a lovely skin.
Dont forget to drink lots n lots of water..
