Which mixture of besan is good for dry skin to become fair? Also any other remedies for fair skin i need. saniya replied. dear neha,
for dry skin, a mixture os besan+haldi+milk+curd+lemon juice is excellent.be sure to use more milk and less besan and lemon juice.haldi should be taken only in a pinch amount.
here r more remedies u could consider:
1)use milk+honey+lemon juice daily till it dries off.

2)use a paste of sandalwood+rose water+enough milk and leave it on overnight.

3)use almond powder+milk overnight.

4)use honey+cinnamn powder overnight.

5)use malai(milk cream)+lemon juice+haldi(just a pinch).believe me,it is the best remedy for dry skin ever!wash it off after 20 minutes of application.

6)use aloe vera juice overnight.

ina ddition,a good diet is definitely crucial.
1)drink warm water+the juice of half a lemon+a tablespoon of honey daily on waking up.

2)soak fenugreek(methi)leaves in water overnight.in the morning,eat the seeds and drink the water.

3)eat yoghurt and honey daily.these r fairness foods.

4)drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

5)drink warm milk+a few strands of saffron daily.

6)consume the following daily:
apples
beetroots
carrots
tomatoes/tomato juice
oranges/orange juice
mint juice(very effective)
spinach
cucumbers

7)avoid tension,stress and depression.they lead to dull,blemish prone,unhealthy skin,body and mind.

8)exercise for 30 minutes regularly.

9)wear a sunblock whenever u need to step out in the sun.after returning,rub potato slices or potato juice on ur face.u can use rose water instead of sun block too.

please dont use mint leaves.the will destroy dry skin!
helper,i appreciate ur efforts to help but i really think u better be quiet as neha could have ruined her skin using mint leaves.i dont mean to offend u at all but at the same time,i cant see wrong suggestions being followed.i hope u understand..

saniya xox Helper replied. I'm not too sure about mixtures of besan; but I'm sure Saniya Jee will be most obliged to help!

However, I do have some other external remedies you may apply for counteracting your dry skin, whilst also making it fair. This includes:

1. A combination of equal amount of honey, lemon and milk. Leave on for 10-15 mins and then rinse.

2. Almond and milk paste. Simply grind a few almonds to form a powder and add milk to it. Consisteny should be medium. You may leave this mask on for 15 mins or leave it on overnight. Both will work fine!

3. A mixture of rosewater, sandalwood powder and milk. Leave on for 15 mins and then rinse off.

4. Combination of cinnamon powder and honey. This can also be left overnight.

4. A paste of mint leaves will also work wonders. This too, can be left overnight. Drinking mint juice itself is proved very beneficial for achieving a fair complexion. Follow this routine daily to hopefully see results.

4. Seeing as you have dry skin.. I recommend application of aloe vera gel - make sute it is 100% pure. Deriving it from a plant will definetely be a better option. This gel may be left overnight if you wish.

This is just a list of a few remedies I could think off the top of my head. Choose one and do stick with it for a good 3-4 months. If you do not prefer any remedy, then do consult in Saniya for more advice. Fairness is also contributed from within, which means it is vital to eat and drink appropriately. Although it may mean cutting out on chocolates and oily foods.. the end result will be worthwhile! To see more on eating healthily.. do open up one of Saniya's response to a post.
