i m in my 8th month.suffering from common cold and cough.cant sleep in the nite
any good natural remedies? no inhalation or vicks helps:(

Hi,
for cough,take 100 gm raisin and blend it well with water in a mixer and then keep it on heat and once it start looking liking a sauce,let it cool and store in a bottle,take 1 tsp before going to bed.

for Cold,keep your head elevated by placing 1 pillow horizontoly and another vetically under your head, it will help.

hi,
the best home remedy which works wonders for me is little roasted haldi in hot milk.i too suffered from cold last month n dint have to take any medicine only haldi milk n was ok in few days.

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
