Hi, I am in my 25th week of my pregnency. I would like to join some prenatal classes in Bangalore. Could anyone suggest me the right place in Bangalore which offers these classes. BTW I stay near Bannerghatta Road.

Hi Dr.Jayashree,
Thanks for your reply. Happy to meet a specialist online. When is the correct time to start exercises? I am 29 weeks now.As I had problems with conception,Dr. has advised to be careful till my 32 weeks. This is my 1st. baby. and I conceived it naturally. Besides, I stay active all day though not taken up walking yet.
