Hi I have a five month old baby girl and my hair have started falling for the past one month and the intensity of fall keeps increasing...everyone says you loose hair after pregnancy but when will this stop. This hair fall is scary and is there any possible way to lessen the hair fall as I already have thin hair...please help

dont worry
after a baby birth its common but it shouldnt be more.bcoz of iron scarcity.

so by the doctor' s reference u can take folic acid tablet as well as iron tablets also
try to increase ur protein and iron intake
daily drink cumin water for iron and manganese.it wil help to get rid of hair fall
(take 20gm cumin with 500ml water and boil it .that water should become 400ml after boiling then make it cool and drink continue this process daily)

My teenaged duaghter age 15 has lost a lot of hair recently due to wrong eating habits. The area over her forehead is showing scalp. At present she oils hair once a week and washes with Vatika shampoo. Please help urgently with any home remedies for regaining volume esp in the scalp.
