Dear All,
I am into my 28th week with my 1st baby.Everything has been very normal so far. I was feelling kicks,Tickiling & fluttering almost throuout the day & even in nights whenever i used to wake up.Bt since day before yesterday,im hav nt been feeling much movements.Although movements r there bt still its a cause of worry.

Pls guide me asap .Im having my dr' s appointment on 25th Aug.

Dont worry. Only when you dont feel the movements continuously for two to three days that u should worry and contact ur doc.

Try something sweet...like a ladoo...then drink some water...and wait for a while...I always do this if I do not get any movement for a while...After I do this, I usually get a movement.

Hi,

I think u must start doing your kick counting daily. Just choose a time when you feel your baby is more active and mostly it would be after a meal or before you goto sleep. Just lie on your left side, relax,place your hand in the belly and start counting any movements you feel(kicks,swirls,rolls....) You must get 10 movements in an hour. Incase you dont, then drink water or something cold and repeat it after half an hour. Still if you dont get 10 movements plz do call your OBG immediately.

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
