HOW ARE YOU? I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL. ANYWAYS I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING MY HAIR. HOW CAN I MAKE IT FULL AND THICK...LIKE THE INDIAN ACTRESS PRIYANKA CHOPRA. I HAVE NORMAL HAIR TYPE AND SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR. ANOTHER QESTION I HAVE IS REGARDING MY BODY. IS PILATES GOOD? DOES IT WORK TO MAKE THE BODY NICE A TIGHT LIKE PRIYANKA CHOPRA'S? for ur hair,use the followinixture once a week:
beat an egg and add a tablespoon of ypghurt,a teaspoon each of almond oil,apple cder vinegar,castor oil and mustard oil.mix the ingredients well and massage the mixture well on ur scalp and hair.it will stink.please tolerate it,u will get used to it.now,wear a shower cap over ur head and let the mixture dry.it will take about an hour or so.after it dries,shampoo it off twice.
this mixture is multi purpose and will provide instant results as well.with ntinued use,u will discover the hair of ur dreams.
yes,pilates is very good for ur body.it will give u a good,firm body.no,u will not get fat if u stop doing it but u have to be active to remain fit and also,take caution regarding ur diet.
forget about priyanka chopra and all.most of them wear wigs and use chemicals on their hair and skin.plus,the special effects of the cameras,lights and all make them look perfect.if u see the reality of these actresses,u will be shocked.i have seen it myself and i couldnt believe my eyes.
