Dear Saniya..I wanna know that how can my feet become fair n beautiful.My complexion is fair but my feet specially the area near to the nails and knees r dark..Gimme some advice..I do pedicure once a week.I rubbed lemon on that areas many times.Gimme someother advice.. my hands r v.v.fair i do not use any thing on my hands but it is still fair.and my other prb is that my underarms r dark..I use cream for removing the area from that part but my that part is also dark.I know that it is dark due to using hair removing cream but i do not hv any other option..tell me wat to do? Wat i shuld apply after removing the cream..
How can i decrease the size of my waist..My overall body is normal but the size of my waist is large..

for ur feet,dip them in rose water+milk daily and also use besan+milk+curd+lemon juice+oats powder+almdon powder daily.when this mixture dries,scrub it off well.it will help u a lot.
rubbing lemon and doing pedicure is great.use the mixture i meantioned for ur under arms and wax ur under arms in the future.
for ur waist,do ab exercises.lie down flat and raise just ur legs as far as u can.do this 3 times daily.it is very exhausting and effective too.control ur diet.no fizzy drinks,oily,sugary and fatty foods.drnk lots of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
