hi iam having combination skin with normal complexion.i want to improve my skin color
daily iam giving orange juice and one glass milk adn also iam keeping mask with besan curd lemon.so please tel me what iam doing is cooreect r not and also i will use cleansing milk daily

combination skin demands more than oily and dry skin.this is because some regions r oily while others r dry.the mask u r using is gr8.but try to add more besan for oily areas and more curd for dry areas and also,add a pinch of turmeric to accelerate the process.dont use cleansing milk as it is not good for the oily areas.instead,cleanse he oily regions of ur skin with lemon juice+rose water.this will also act as an astringent(toner).use lemon juice+milk to cleanse the dry areas.they dont need toning.
its great that u r concentrating on ur diet as well.here r a few tips related to diet which will help u a lot:
*every morning,on waking up,drin warm water+juice of half a lemon+a tablespoon of honey for fair,smooth and glowing skin.lemon juice has vitamin C which is essential for fair skin while honey is very nutritious.

*soak methi(fenugreek)leaves in water overnight.in the morning,on waking up,drink the water and eat the seeda for a fairer complexion.

*eat lots of yoghurt and honey.

*consume the following daily:
mint juice(very effective)
beetroots
apples
tomatoes
oranges
cucmbers
carrots

*drink a cup of warm milk+a few strands of saffron daily before going to bed.this is believed to make u fair.

*drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for a sparkly clean skin.

*keep stress,depression and tension away from u.they r major causes for physical as well as mental illness.

*avoid fatty,sugary,oily foods such as french fries,chips,chocolates,etc..hoever,u can eat ice cream.it clears out ur complexion.

be patient and be happy.
