Hi, how are you?
I hav enormal skin and it is olive skin tone. i would like to get a more fair and even complexion. Any suggestions?

dear samna,
daily,use the following mask on ur face:
besan+curd+very little haldi+lemon juice.u can also use milk+honey+lemon juice.keep these masks on ur face till they dry and then,scrub them off.wash ur face with equal amounts of besan and milk and very little haldi instead of soap.u can cleanse ur skin twice a day with lemon juice+milk mixture.
consume a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.follow these tips:
*eat lots of resh fruits and veggies.eat the following daily or drink their juice:
mint juice(very effective)
lemon juice
tomato
beetroot(chikandar)
apple
carrot
orange
sanghara

*on waking up in the morning,take the juice of half a lemon,add it to warm water and a tablespoon of honey.drink this.

*soak methi(fenugreek)in water overnight.on waking up,drink the water and eat the seeds.

*8 to 10 glasses of water is a MUST!

*exercise daily for 20 minutes.it will bring an exceptional glow to ur skin.its great to take a bath after exercise and also wash ur face.

*be happy always.discard off tension and worry from ur life.they r major causes f skin problems lke dullness,blemishes and acne.so be sure to smile and make others smile as well!

dear sobia,
applying masks daily s very good as it delays the nslaught of wrinkles.however,they should not be applied daily on dry skin as it will further wrinkle.what u have heard might be true for dry skin,otherwise,masks r excellent and r recommended for daily use as a necessitiy for beauty especially after the age of 20.

Dear Saniya..U adviced to many ppl that daily use besan+milk_haldi mask on ur face and any other mask but i hv heard that we shuld not apply mask on our face daily..Two times in a week iz enough i think.
