My due date is 23rd March. Just came back from the doctor' s clininc and she said the cerix is still closed. She says if the cervix doesn' t opens up by 24th then she will induce.

Am getting tensed as we always wanted a normal delivery without any induction or c-section.

Is there any other method to start the contractions and dilations?

to get the labour naturally u shd eat hot things, like chiken,soup,hot tea,halwa etc
as i was made 2 eat all these...
